The Summary of The Audio – Lingual Method.

From this method, the teacher want their student be able to use the target language communicatively. The student be more active than teacher. In this method, The teacher be called by drill method. Because, the student follow what the teacher says.

The rule of The Audio -Lingual Method :
1. The teacher uses a target language.
2. The teacher must says “Very good “ When the student answer correctly.
3. The teacher is a foreign who uses a target language. If it is not, can change with a cassette and the cassette must uses target language.
4. The student must be active than the teacher.
5. The teacher can give a test what he/she never explain.
